Whether you reached out for support, offered your time to help others, or stood beside someone facing unimaginable loss — your presence mattered. We’re so grateful to have walked alongside you in 2025.
Please note: The HUB will be closed for the holidays from Friday 19th December 2025, and we’ll reopen on Monday 5th January 2026.
However, our phone line will remain open during this period. If you need someone to talk to, please don’t hesitate to call. Even during the quietest moments of the year, you are never alone.
For many, this season brings a mix of emotions — joy, sadness, reflection. If you’re remembering someone special, or simply taking things day by day, know that we’re thinking of you.
