Since 2015, Merseyside’s Police and Crime Commissioner has funded a range of services to support those affected by crime. These services are regularly reviewed to ensure they meet the needs of our communities and make the best use of public funding.
The Commissioner is now refreshing the Victim Needs Assessment, which looks at what support is currently available, where the gaps are, and how services can be improved for the future.
If you’ve been a victim of crime in Merseyside in the last three years — even if the crime was not reported — your voice matters. By sharing your experiences, you can help shape the services offered to others in need of support.

Your feedback will directly inform future services for victims across Merseyside. Thank you for helping to make a difference.
