Our coffee morning meetings are proving week after week to be a success with benefits to those who attend. Through The Hub we can offer to those who need advice, guidance or are facing any problems these meetings are also there to help your situation. It is always good to talk, certainly with others who understand how you are feeling, as we know you cannot always talk to your family.
